HIWAR — Subscription Platform
A centre was tracking payments, session counts and staff compensation by hand, through one administrator. We replaced that with a system that does it: subscriber and subscription lifecycle, session scheduling, personnel assignment, payment records and notification delivery. It later moved from a web app to a cross-platform desktop build on the same stack, which took hosting out of the picture for the client entirely.

A breakfast restaurant's owner was running orders, dishes and expenses off memory and paper. Falafilji replaces that with a single-user, fully local management system — no login, no cloud, no internet needed — covering order taking, a dish catalogue and expense tracking, with an Arabic/English toggle for day-to-day use. The desktop build ships its own bundled Postgres, so the owner's machine needs nothing pre-installed to run it.
